Human Brand Experience Consultants is proud to announce that Christine Reymer is now a recognized CCXP (Certified Customer Experience Professional). The certification is authorized by the CXPA (Customer Experience Professionals Association), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession.
To date there are 645 certified individuals worldwide and only 44 in all of Canada.
Certification requires a deep knowledge and understanding of the 6 core competencies of customer experience, including:

- Organizational Adoption and Accountability
- VOC, Customer Insight and Understanding
- Experience Design, Improvement and Innovation
- Metrics, Measurement and ROI
